Meet Our Doctor
Iris Kwong, O.D.
Dr. Kwong was born and raised in the Bay Area. In her path to pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Berkeley, she found her passion for optometry as she helped provide access to eyecare through national non-profit organizations. She then attended Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where she received her training in primary care, contact lens fitting, and the management and detection of both ocular disease and binocular vision disorders. Her clinical externships include Lake City VA Medical Center in Florida and Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital in China. She is accepting new patients and can perform exams in Spanish and Cantonese.
Khanh-Ngoc Tran, O.D.
Dr. Tran was raised in south San Jose and attended UC San Diego for her bachelor degree. Thereafter, she moved to Chicago to attend the Illinois College of Optometry for her doctorate degree. She is trained to practice full scope optometry and received her trainings in primary care, contact lens fitting, pre/post- op management, diagnosing and treating ocular pathologies. Dr. Tran did her clinical externships at the Swagel Wooten Hiatt Eye Center in Arizona, the Illinois Eye Institute, Marietta Eye Clinic in Georgia, and the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in Las Vegas. She has also volunteered for medical missions in Vietnam and in Mexico. She is accepting new patients and is fluent in Vietnamese.
